Inishturk's fishing traditions run deep, with local fishermen using time-honoured methods to catch crab and lobster in the island's pristine waters. The island's culinary identity is shaped by these traditions, offering visitors the chance to savour the freshest seafood dishes prepared with care and expertise. The rich bounty of the sea and the island's fishing community come together to create an unforgettable dining experience, celebrating both tradition and flavour. Special mention to all our local Inishturk fishermen, including Eamon, Bernard, Mikey, Jack, Bill & Pete.
