Darragh Patrick O’Toole is the Grandson of Mikey and Maryann, Ballyheer. He has been a member of the ICC board since the AGM of 2025 and the chairperson of the Heritage working group since December 2025.
He enjoys working with these groups and it’s great to see such positive development work being done. He is also a self employed carpenter and one of the first projects he undertook was the building of a traditional Inishturk currach with his father which they rowed to Portdoon from Roonagh as its maiden voyage.
